Carol Brill who is a visually impaired golfer and a member of Stackstown Golf Club talks to us about her golfing experience. She is also part of the disability workgroup set up by the Confederation of Golf in Ireland on behalf of the Irish Ladies Golf Union and Golfing Union of Ireland. This group are working towards the creation and implementation of an 18-month plan that leads into Golf Ireland, with the aim to create a more inclusive environment for golfers with disabilities, through education, awareness, participation opportunities, partnerships and a stronger visibility.
Carol thought that she hated golf until she tried it!
